1. Purpose

These terms govern the membership and inquiry board services provided on the OpenDB Works website.

2. Sign-up

You sign up by entering the requested information and agreeing to these terms and the privacy notice. Do not use another person’s information.

3. Inquiry board

Members may post questions about database support and services. Private posts are visible only to the author and administrators. Answers are technical opinions for reference and should be verified in your environment before use.

4. Prohibited conduct

Illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, advertising or spam, malware or attacks, and disruption of the service are prohibited; such posts may be removed and access restricted.

5. Posts

Do not post passwords, connection details or personal data of your customers. Your posts are deleted when you delete your account.

6. Changes

We may change or discontinue the service for operational or technical reasons and will announce it on the website where possible.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time under “My account”.
