Services

Services overview

Cloud operations, data migration and open-source database engineering delivered to one quality standard. Engage us per project, or under a support and operations contract.

Core businesses

Three core businesses

One team connects infrastructure, migration and databases, so you do not have to split accountability.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

  1. Enquiry

Briefly share versions, server specs, data size and the current problem.

  2. Diagnosis

With read-only access we collect metrics, settings and logs and deliver a diagnostic report.

  3. Proposal & delivery

We agree scope, schedule, risks and rollback, then deliver.

  4. Handover

We hand over the change log and runbooks; you decide on ongoing maintenance.

All work follows your approval and change-management process. Production access is limited to agreed accounts, paths and time windows, and customer data is never used beyond the purpose of the work.

Shall we start by reviewing your cloud and databases as they are today?

Tell us your clouds, database versions, topology and concerns, and we will propose an assessment scope and approach.
